You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting . Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Premium access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase by emailing . This guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only and does not apply to subsequent renewals.
Under UK consumer law you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription. By subscribing to ChatbotBets Premium and checking the consent box at checkout, you explicitly request that we provide access to the service immediately and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory cooling-off right. This does not affect your right to the 7-day money-back guarantee described above.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will give you at least 30 days notice of any price increase by email. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect without penalty.
